Here are 4 ways you can add flavor to your water! These additions are all-natural and caffeine free!
1) Lemon and Lime!
One of our favorite go to additives to add some flavor to your water. A little sweet, a little sour but very refreshing!
2) Cucumber
On a hot summer day, nothing is more refreshing than a glass of cucumber water! 0 calories and very refreshing! You can also add lemon or lime to kick up the taste!
3) Lavendar
Lavendar is a great way to flavor your water and is also great for treating minor ailments like a stomach ache!
4) Mint
You see mint leaves used in everything from cookies to cocktails. So why not your water? Crush the leaves a bit and toss them into a nice glass of cold water to release a minty refreshness!
